Cancelation Policy

By booking an appointment, you agree that you have read our Cancellation Policy and agree to the terms:

We understand your time is valuable. And so is ours. Out of respect for our staff and clients, Eye Candy asks a minimum 48-hour notice to cancel or change an appointment. Once an appointment is booked – unless we hear otherwise – we’ll expect (and are excited for) you to be there. We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee for no-shows and cancellations within 48 hours, $100 for any neuromodulator booking and $200 for a filler booking. This enables us to inform our stand-by clients of any availability and keep our schedule filled, thus providing better service for our established and future clients.

Should you arrive more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to provide the service. If we cannot accommodate you, a cancellation fee may also be assessed.

We understand life happens, and sometimes you will need to cancel your appointment within the 48-hour period due to an emergency. We will do our best to give grace in these moments, but we do track all late cancellations and no-shows to ensure our policy is not abused.

You may text (preferred), or call your provider to change or cancel your appointment. We will try our best to reschedule your appointment for another time that suits you.
